Help with UK PP/eBay account registration from outside UK
 

Hello!

I want to hear some advice from professional people.
I am ready to register my stealth PP account in the UK, but I am in Latvia.
I will use VPN to change my IP and Location to UK (but I think it is hard to find one that wasn't used before by any other PP/EB accounts).
I have:
real person (but don't have his ID)
Real Bank Account in the UK
Real address in the UK
Real Phone number in the UK
Will create a virtual CC (to get verified)

What should I do to be able to receive serious amount of money in few months and withdraw them to Bank account? I am talking about 5000 GBP and more.
Is it necessary to register Business account, and what kind of business should I choose there (Individual, Sole trader etc.)?
I know that I should slowly sell on eBay, avoid VeRO etc.
Please help me with your advice.

You should not be using a real persons ID in the UK, even with their permission. There is not need for it.

Your not going to be able to get £5000 though PayPal within a couple of months of creating the account. It will get flagged and likely limited.

latvia is much easier bank-wise than UK, in terms of bank cards. I know you want to be using a UK acc, but for this you need UK bank for withdraw.

Hmm... well, I saw one person who had PayPal (basic) and eBay (buyer's only) account for about a year, he bought few items and then he upgraded his PayPal to Premium, and eBay to seller's, and in two weeks he sold item for 7000 USD and eas able to withdraw his money right after receiving it. Of course he got limited in few days after this, and uploaded his ID and every document that was required.
What kind of virification is available in the UK instead of ID?
And what would be Your recommendation?

Yes, in Latvia we can't withdraw to our bank account, only to VISA cards (500 EUR/day), or if You are verified long term user - it will be unlimited withdraws to Your VISA card, but not more than 2500 EUR per time.
Had my own account in Latvia.

The key here is that the PayPal was already a year old. It will be able to handle a lot more than an account only a few months old.

Ok, I see.
What will happen if I will reach 2000 GBP limit in few months?
PayPal will ask for more info like ID? :)

But how can I lift those limits (what is required)?
Whether prematurely or when reached these limits.

Photo ID and proof of address is needed to lift the EU limits.
