eBay VCC vs. PP VCC

Hi,

I see the eBay vcc for sale as well as they PayPal vcc. I am confused as to there use. If my PayPal account is vcc verified, do I need a vcc for same linked eBay account as well? Or is it just a one or another type thing?

RSOT is right, but..

My personal interpretation:

PP VCC has $1.95 on it for the $1.95 card verification.
eB VCC has $3.00 on it for the $1.95 card verification + the $1.00 "soft hit" that eB does when you list an item for the first time.

Overall if you add a pp vcc than you dont need one for ebay, just link ebay to paypal. If you dont want to link the two than you add a vcc to both.

I always use VCC on Paypal (UK), so for UK, do people ever need it for ebay? and does ebay (like paypal) take funds out for verification, if so how much (for UK)?

P.S. never had ebay ask for any details, always linked to a good paypal account and was good to go.

PayPal takes the funds for confirmation not verification.

Please try to not mix the terms up they are very different.
