Great methods Omgoozle! I highly recommend just doing SOMETHING with the account, because nobody except stealth sellers would just make an account and start listing items without ever using the site first. It just screams to them you are a power user with lots of experience, not a newbie.

Always bid on stuff and use their site first and remember, patience is key.

Just an update -

Since writing this thread I have been converted to a tracfone cult member.

Before I had a 50/50 chance of getting 0/0's. Now I've set up 7 accounts with tracfones and I'm 7/7 in successfully getting 10/1,000.

Good. All the n00bs who keep posting that Tracfone doesn't work need to read this thread.

My concern with that is TracFone will soon be used and abused.. don't spread the word..

Haha maybe we should start spreading out between all the prepaid phones, they have cheap alternative like tracfone just not AS cheap.

Great to know, that tf does the trick,
But im still using text me app, and i still get the 10/1000 more than. 70 percent of the time.

So there has to be a solid giveaway to ebay that causes the 0/0

I feel like it is the address, most likely. After making dozens and dozens of accounts the address seems HUGE along with taking your time to actually build the account and then the phone #. That is how I would rank them.
