Banned address

When is it 'safe' to reuse a banned address? I was banned 5 years ago at my home address and I'm thinking of opening a new eb & pp (with different name). Purely for purchases as it is becoming very annoying using my friends account to purchase off - and waiting in his house for deliveries as he is at work!

Re: Banned address

Its never safe... Never ever. BUT

I have a banned name & address for purchase only account and its working fine, but as soon as you try to sell you will have problems.

Re: Banned address

I would doubt that an address banned 5 years ago would cause major problems now so long as everything else on the account was different (name, dob, ISP)

People do move houses.

+ if its buyer only ive found it never raises a flag, ebay like people spending money, but as soon as you want to make money... :fight:

Going to depend on why you were banned in the 1st place 5 years ago.

Be prepared for a possible MC113

Why risk playing with old info in the first place?

A risk to re-use the info then, imo.

Re: Banned address

if you do get limited atleast you tried, you know you can always just guest checkout and pay direct off your card? Done that for years before finally creating an account
