pls can you feedback on my stealth account ideas?

So, i've read the stealth guide and just want to run my plan by some more experienced people:

1. I will set up a new user account on my laptop
2. i will tether my phone to create new IP address. I have virgin broadband so i don't think it's possible to change the IP through them.
3. i'll use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ DOB
4. i'll use my first name and middle name together, without a space in, as i've already used them without a space to create new ebay accounts which are linked to my current paypal account, which is linked to my suspended ebay account. Or i'll leave a letter out of my surname, so it's a variation on the spelling of my actual surname?
5. i'll set up an email through gmail with my new name.
6. struggling with address - i have a letter which still arrives at my house each month and the street name is written with a B instead of a V. thoughts on using this spelling and my actual address? alternatively i might use my mums address about 100 miles away, or just make an address up, as most of what i sell will be low value...
7. i will either use my landline - ebay don't have this and i'm likley to answer it, or a prepaid mobile i have.
8. i've just set up a new halifax online saver
9. i will get an entropay card.

Will this plan work? I'm struggling with address and name a little - i don't make masses from ebay, so doesn't seem much point in renting a mail box, and i don't have any friends nearby who's name/address i could use...

thanks, ive got address sorted now - am going to use my friend's which is close by. Just name to sort - the guide says they can't link you on name though, so it should be ok to use my actual name.

Has your friend used this address before? Are you sure you want him seeing your mail?
