Paypal Bank Verification

I am in the process of verifying my bank with a new PP stealth account. This morning I logged into my online bank and noticed there were the two small deposits totaling .17 cents. One for .11 cents and the other .6 cents. Then I see a debit transaction just above the two credits for a total of .17 cents.

My question is, when PP makes the two small deposits, do they will turn around and take it back out?

In the past I always thought they left the two small deposits in your account. Or have they always taken it back out right after the two small deposits?

Just a little concerned since it looks like the two small deposits were made and then they quickly debited the funds.

They have started to take the money back for a while now. I haven't had any issues with them taking the two deposits back....so I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Exactly what I was thinking. It's just been awhile since I've created a new PP account and didn't remember them taking the funds back out. Yet alone as fast as they did.

There will be lots of issues, coz this means Payoneer won't work with PayPal anymore.

I personally couldn't withdraw on my other thread coz of this problem.

I added the First bank and i got this error

"Dear **** **** LLC,

On Oct 30, 2014, we attempted to transfer from your bank account ending in x-xx**. We received an automated response from your bank informing us that they could not complete the transfer.

As a result, we have removed this bank account from your PayPal account.

To re-add this bank account to your PayPal account, please confirm with your bank that all information is correct. Alternatively, you can add another bank account.

this was after i confirmed the bank, I needed to withdraw my money..

SO I added another Payoneer Bank (a separate one) they wouldn't allow me add that one they removed again, they said "seems like there's a problem with the bank am trying to add and might need additional review (in red)

So I added another Payoneer Bank and didn't verify it, but the PayPal is already verified with a Live bank (a transactional bank as they call it) so it was verified with a bank confirmed and one bank unconfirmed. I have made withdrawals to unconfirmed banks before so I left it that way THINKING the bank would be safe that way....

Naah I still couldn't withdraw..

I got same Email from them 24 hours after the mini deposits were made to my payoneer (bank) that, they couldn't transfer null from my bank and have removed it

Crazy... lost two payoneer accounts to just one paypal in a week.....

What was the amount that you tried the transfer - over $500?

@yfournet, I wasn't talking about Payoneer.....I was referring to Real Bank Accounts, and US at that.

$1,000 is more than $500. So the answer is YES. Also, this is a root of your issues. A $1,000 withdraw as a first withdrawal is an outlier.

guess I was tipsy when replying to that, I saw $5000 ...

There you go - the amount transferred was >500 so ...could have been a huge issue.
