Vanilla Visa Gift Card not working?

The Grey Gift card hasnt been working for me lately
when i add i get this message
"We're sorry, but that credit card can't be linked to additional PayPal accounts. Please link a different credit card."

Yes it is linked with stealth Zipcode
Any suggestions?
Expiration is 8/20 and also tried one with 7/21

You mean the regular old vanilla card that can be purchased at any grocery store? Maybe time to switch to another one issued by another bank.
