How I passed the eBay identity verification phone call MC999 limitation

I had been working on my eBay Stealth account and I decided it was time to sell my first item. I filled out the listing form and before I could list my item I got an error and found out I had gotten the MC999 account limit.

I'm using a completely false Hispanic name and false address.

I called eBay to lift my account limit and they asked me the following questions:
Do you go by any of these names? (He said some names)
Are you associated with any of these addresses?
Are you associated with any of these businesses?

I answered no for all of them and he said that he wasn't able to verify my identity and I wouldn't be able to sell on eBay.

We were about to hang up so I tried telling him one more thing that I didn't think would work. I told him I was under Obama's I Have a Dream Act. The Dream Act is a policy that helps illegal immigrants get jobs and citizenship as long as they are going to school and not involved in criminal activity. I also mentioned that I was "kind of" an American citizen and that I have a temporary Social Security Card. He then said that in eBay they don't judge people because of that and that is probably why he couldn't verify my identity.Then he lifted my MC999 limitation and now my selling limits are 50 items / $2500 per month.

I know there are other ways of passing the eBay identity verification call but I don't know what they are, feel free to share them as well.

Whoa. I think I'm pretty lucky to see this. I have a strong feeling this is going to get removed as this is almost to good for public information!

I made 10 accounts last week and on the 4 that I had to talk to a rep for they asked the random multiple choice questions. Guess they are back to that

just made new ten accts. and they all got Hispanic names
