with this new craziness going on about paypal verifying and sending texts to phones that were originally registered to the account, what is the best way to go?

Is it buying a prepaid phone and having a bunch of sim cards for each account?

Call forwarding services?

What is the cheapest way to go, I don't want to buy a bunch of phones and pay monthly for them if I plan to run 100 accounts
