T-Mobile....I would rather use dialup....By far the best for IP's is Verizon, Sprint....but they do cost more.

Not every service will give good reception for every location.

Have to consider that and the basics of the business plan.

Obviously go for what gives more. But there's a need to research to get get best bang for the buck.

After testing , it is all location based. In one location , all new ips. Another location, only two ips rotating. Crazy. Need to change it.

I would think that Verizon would have the most IP's, being the largest of the cell phone companies. T-Mobile is the smallest one, I think.

I use a Pantech UML290 aircard through Verizon and receive a boat load of different IP addresses. I pay approximately $55.00/month for my Verizon coverage ~ 5MB per month. I have had a few duplicate IP addresses but it's easy to disconnect, reconnect and receive a different IP address. It's important to keep track of all IP addresses used. I keep track of my IP addresses on an Excel spreadsheet.

I only have one Amazon account with my real info. I hope I never have to go stealth with Amazon. I believe the aircard I use could also be used for Amazon Stealth because of the large number of different IP addresses I receive from Verizon.

Another thing you gotta realize is no mater what dongle you use, you're still using public IPs (which anyone can use at any point).

The chances are slim and I know a lot of people create ebay accounts with them. But if you're looking for something 100% reliable / stable (stealth accounts you want to keep and use for several years), stick to either a VPS or VPN

Mobile IP's are based off of cell phone towers. Your IP is designated by which tower you connect to, which is one of the reasons they are "safe" for creating/connecting to stealth. eB/PP aren't going to ban everyone who connected to the same cell phone tower if one person gets banned.

If you move around, you will receive different IPs from different towers.

If you go to a densely populated area, you will get 50-60 per square block.

If you live in the styx, you will only have 1 or 2.

Same here with virgin mobile phone (sprint antennas). Getting even larger
variety than with Verizon. I can also switch between 3G and 4G and get an even larger variety. Though I prefer to stick with 4g due to speed of service.
What I really like is that I get a phone service and a hotspot feature (3.5 gb of data) in the same deal. Saving money there.

Same here. I track all of my IP's and after several months I've never came across or used the same IP.

If you get one of those enhanced dongles with antenna, etc. for wider range network access, you can gain other IPs that way - farther reaching

Also anyone here sells on phones? Or only tethering to laptops?

example:
I might've heard gun fire in the next apartment ?? hmmm
but damn it! I can't call the police no signal.
