How do I make my own GMAC VBA's?

Brings up an interesting point. It would be nice if we could determine if it is linked to one specific bank or is just affecting VBA's in general.

Logic tells me that PayPal cannot see from a simple account number that they are VBA's, so my GUESS would be it is linked to one bank. But I could, of course, be wrong.

No, the VBA has numbers that show ID as to type (of account) and issuing bank.
