Changing my address on Paypal (too far)?

So I just bought a new account. Platinum package. Has everything verified.
The only issue is the address listed on PayPal/eBay.

Reading the stealth guide has given me a pointer that PayPal/eBay can track your IP and if it is not within 100 miles of the given IP then that could be a problem? Well... The account I bought has the verified address set to Oregon... And I live in Colorado.

Just wondering if this will be an issue or not.

Basically, as long as your IP is in the USA you can be anywhere. Your aim is to have a new IP, and a new address not used on ebay/paypal previously.
