Changing my address on Paypal (too far)?

So I just bought a new account. Platinum package. Has everything verified.
The only issue is the address listed on PayPal/eBay.

Reading the Stealth Guide has given me a pointer that PayPal/eBay can track your IP and if it is not within 100 miles of the given IP then that could be a problem? Well... The account I bought has the verified address set to Oregon... And I live in Colorado.

Just wondering if this will be an issue or not.
(p.s if I mentioned anything wrong above, forgive me)

Tell me this:

have YOU read anything on the forum yet?

Issue of addresses is discussed in detail.

I need you to go to this specific part of the forum:

eBay Specifics - eBay Suspension & Paypal Limited Forums

Read the 1st two sub forums. They are specific to your question.

But to help read this thread too --

Basically, as long as your IP is in the USA you can be anywhere. Your aim is to have a new IP, and a new address not used on ebay/paypal previously.
