Is this enough to start selling again?

I'm not sure if I should buy an established account or not, but here's what's happened since I got banned on ebay

Registered a business with an EIN.

Credit card tied to that EIN.

Different bank account

Completely different address (moved this summer).

Google voice number that's never been associated with suspended account


Aside from all the technical issues (cookies, etc), is this enough to start selling again? If buying a salted account is safer, then can I set the address on the account to a different one without getting flagged?

Yep address can be changed long as its not a USED address from a limited account .
I see u got the Stealth Book .new email address and user account on ur pc ,That's a good start I would recommend rereading the book if you havnt made made one in awhile

I strongly suggest NOT adding the EIN until paypal requests it after you have sold a while.

I'm running a virtual box with a brand new install of Win 8.1. I plan on running it all through a VPN as well. I've given the stealth account another read-through, and I think I have a good handle on it all, but I figured asking a few more questions couldn't hurt.

Would it be easier to buy an account, or is salting one myself not that difficult?

Never learn if you don't try but if you understand the basics of keeping a account up and running It might just be better to buy one to save you the hassle of getting started is kinda pain in the butt to get all the info checks when you make one .

I like buying accounts but I also have built a bunch. It can be an annoyance to me so I prefer just to buy them.
