how to get another ebayer suspended
 

i have just got a 7 days suspention becuse a jelous ebayer has reported my item saying that they a counterfiet even though they are not vero items an 100% legit becuse i was listing them for a lower price than them.
i got a message from them saying that they are going to report my items but i ignored it think it is just someone playing around and after a few hours when i tried to login to my account it was suspended.
can someone tell me how to get another ebayer suspended
this has really pissed me off
and also i was starting to build really good feedback rating on this account.
any help will be appreciated

Search a little bit. There are some ideas still floating around the boards. Especially if they have an active seller account....

This happens all the time!!! It is why pricing your items too low is a mistake.. This is why feedback is so important.. I will be starting a new acount in a few days and dread having to build the feedback up again. I will do it by selling non threatening things at first ,that are sure to get good feedback, once that is done,10 or so feedbacks, I will start to list higher value items. It is a pain and sucks, it is just the way you have to do it..

How to reinstate your suspended account
So that we can reinstate your eBay account, we need you to fill out the 'Request for reinstatement' form and send it back to us - you'll find the instructions below.

Along with the form, we'll need you to send us some proof of your name and address - a separate copy for each, please. We'll accept any one of these as proof of your name:
A current full UK driving licence (old style). We can't accept an old-style provisional licence
A residence permit issued by the Home Office
Both parts of a current UK photo-card (new-style) driving licence
A building industry sub-contractor's certificate issued by the Inland Revenue
A benefit book or an original notification letter from the Benefits Agency confirming the right to benefits
A current signed passport, including the photograph page
An Inland Revenue tax notification showing your address

As proof of your address, we'll accept a copy of any one of these:
A recent utility bill or a certificate from a utilities supplier confirming your arrangement to pay for services on pre-payment terms. We can't accept mobile phone bills
A local authority council tax bill, valid for the current year
Both parts of a current UK photo-card (new-style) driving licence (if you're not already using it as proof of your name)
A bank, building society or credit union statement showing your current address.
The most recent copy of a mortgage statement from a recognised lender
A local council rent card or tenancy agreement showing your address
An original notification letter from the Benefits Agency confirming the right to benefits (if you're not already using it as proof of your name)
How to send us your documents

When you've completed and signed the 'Request for reinstatement' form, you can either
Scan all of the documents and upload them for our review

The info to get someone suspened is in the stealth book. I have never tried it but it could work worth a shot.

Itll work. At the very least it will get the collection agencies calling after some time.
