Limited on paypal CANT SEND REFUND?! HELP
 

I just got limited on paypal because they want me to add a bank statement. What happened is, I added a VBA from a seller on here and when I did it, It glitches and actually added 3 bank accounts at once. NO CLUE WHY.

Anyway, I received two payments on the new paypal not on ebay for 110 and 70. But on my paypal limitation I see it says that I cannot refund payments? I have never EVER seen that in my life.

Under the "what I can't do on my account" it says things such as remove a card, remove a bank account, and send refunds. Am I totally screwed out of this money? I need to send these refunds to these buyers. Someone please help.

You will have to email paypal help, I have had this happen in the past and a quick email usually solves that issue.

Tell the buyers to open cases to get their finds back?

It seems like the account has a soft limit.

Which bank did you use?

Only way to issue the refund is to call or email.

Call and say what exactly? Its not even a transaction through ebay. One was a gift and one was a payment.

gift payments are not safe on a new account..

If you click and view the full transaction page of the payment in paypal the refund button should show near where the $$ amounts are.

Sorry, what I was trying to say is that under my limitation details it says:

what cant I do while my account is limited?
send money
withdraw money from bank account
close account
add money to account
remove a card
remove a bank account
SEND REFUNDS


I have never in my entire life seen "send refunds" as something not available on a limited account. I guess I did not explain myself clearly in the above post.

They want me to submit bank account information, that I do not have.
Should I just submit a blank file so they close the account and the 180 day period can start?

happens often email paypal and give them transaction ID and say please refund this transaction.
TR ID 1234675869697907 Please refund
TR ID ABCDEFGHIJKLILKM Please refund
