Default MAC address and recurring IP

O hai, it's me again!

This has happened once to me now and I thought I'd ask for your opinion.

When changing the MAC address, I get assigned new IP almost every single time.
Let's say:
-I change my last 2 digits from 01 to 07 in MAC address box.
-I then get 198.100.10.78 IP.

Couple of days later:

-I change my MAC Address from 08 to 23.
-I get the same 198.100.10.78 IP.

Surely I'm OK to just to log on with an account that has used 198.100.10.78 IP already, even if the MAC address is different this time?

Obviously if the IP is linked to a accaunt that has already been blacklisted to to getting suspended I wouldn't use this IP again, ever.
But if the IP is nice and clean then surely just a different MAC address wouldn't change anything because eBay and PP don't even see MAC?

amIrite?

As long as IP hasn't been used before with a suspended account, MAC is irrelevant. I would not use same IP ACROSS healthy accounts however

Yeah, I don't use same IP ACROSS accounts, just another way of getting linked, sooner or later.

You will not be linked through MAC, it is not possible to get a mac address of your computer via internet browser. Of course, I suppose that you are not using TurboLister, Auctivia or other similar apps, neither you use ebay phone app. But IP should be different for any EB acc you have. If IP is shared, in case of one of your accs getting suspended, other accs will be suspended for sure.

yeah, that's the reason I never share IP between users and don't use any apps or Turbolisters. I keep it as basic, simple and clear as possible at the moment.
Once I have more accounts to play around with, then I can look into VMware and other kinky stuff.

VMware makes thins easier, but still, each stealth needs a separate IP.
