Created new account.. eBay sent the code to my textfree number instantly while Paypal's wont go through to verify mobile. Don't know why!

Common issue.
Paypal doesnt work with free numbers like that. Youll need an actual cellphone in order to get the code.

if you have a phone, or txt app on a tablet/phone, you can mark the number a landline on paypal and they can call you with the code numbers although txt does not work.
