I don't skimp, but I create enough accounts to try to keep the cost as low as I can.

Yer a wizard, Harry.:faint:

Could you please explain how this is done?

I assume that you buy physical phone on Amazon and use Entropay for verify? am I correct in this assumption?

Re: Cost-Effective Account Creation?

There is ways to get it down to 4.95 with just the cost of a real phone. Find those no buying fees gift cards.

Then don't mention it if you aren't going to share what you have learned otherwise it makes seem like you're just stating it to brag about yourself.

If this is true couldn't you hook up a banned bank account to it as well?

You can use a banned PP bank account on ENTROPAY - sure - the 2 services are NOT related.

You cannot use a banned PP bank account on a new PP - to be clear.

Are you able to withdraw from PP ---> VCC ----> bank account?

In some countries yes. Not many. Not the US.

Why should people mentioned some things that they find for themselves. If I mention the bank that I get my gift cards from, that gift card will be used and abused by everyone. And think that ebay might come on here to scout the site out.

I hope you do know that paypal does ban certain gift cards or VCC cards from being used. i have used those store bought cards, the ones that cost 4.95, for months when I started, then the following week when I tried to make some more accounts, those gift cards did not work. Bought some more of the same type of gift cards and those did also not work. I bought another type, didnt work.
Most of us wont be bragging things out.

Exactly. I will never share all of what I do, nor would anyone with any sense.

Once a technique is overused you can kiss it goodbye.

It's quite easy to tell who comes here and wants stuff handed to them on a platter. You have to do your time to play the game.

Why should people mention things at all? You figured out gift cards could be used b/c someone shared that info w/ you.

Hello all,

First post here on the forums. First, thanks Aspkin and the powerusers here for all the things I have learned over the past couple months reading, it has helped me greatly.

So I have gotten a good grasp of creating accounts and I have been able to run a few accounts now with no issues, but I have a couple of questions:
  1. Is there a cheaper alternative to using the MyVanilla Gift cards? (like vcc)
  2. Can I use VCC to Verify Paypal?
  3. What about VBAs, would it be cheaper/smarter to use a VBA to verify a new account first, and add bank account later after getting some history on the account?
  4. I have been buying the $5-8 tracphones and using them to verify without issue, is there a more cost-effective alternative like using SIMs?
  5. Can anybody recommend a cost effective hotspot service I can use for ip logging?

Thanks for answering my questions!

Personally, I create stealth accounts as follows:

Phone: Google Voice. Cost: free
Credit Card: Entropay. Cost: 5.25
Bank Account: Allybank. Convenience: online
Internet/IP address: Sprint Phone tethering. Cost: Included in data plan.

Re: Cost-Effective Account Creation?

You can get your cost even lower and get an addressed verified PP account if you know what CC to use.

rsot 04-24-2015 12:02 PM

Re: Cost-Effective Account Creation?

Worth noting to new ppl that Google Voice and Allybank have been known to cause issues for some.

@fox20c, when you say verified PP account...you are indicating that some kind of bank account has been used...

Re: Cost-Effective Account Creation?

No bank account needed to get an AVed PP set up. Just the right credit card.

Any chance you're willing to share your secret?

To be fair, sharing of methods that work is usually met with unbridled criticism and attacks by the "experts", so I can't blame them for keeping it to themselves.

Re: Cost-Effective Account Creation?

Entropay can be used to make accounts pretty cheap, but you'll risk using the same bin #'s that a lot of people are using on eBay/PayPal.

Do your research and discover cards that no one is using ;)

The more complicated/work it takes to get to a particular card, may be worth pursuing as most people don't like doing the extra work.

By "bin #s" do you mean the actual card #'s?

And if so, would that matter? Never heard of anyone losing an account over Entropay. Afterall, once Name and Security code are taken into consideration, there are unlimited potential variations.

Re: Cost-Effective Account Creation?

BIN number is the first 5 or 6 digits of a card.

It's a unique identifier.

Are you able to change it after approval?
