Paypal permanant limited by buyers report- Ebay is fine ?

Yesterday, My paypal is limited : "Why is my account access limited?

At PayPal, we have policies regarding abrupt or large shifts in business practices. Some of your buyers have reported that they never received their items or that there was a problem with what they received. We need to understand this activity and how it relates to your business.

Your case ID is: PP-003-xxx-xxx-xxx
This limitation cannot be appealed."

The problem is I didn't noticed any ebay buyers complain at all ?
no open cases , no disputes whatovers. It is totally strange.
Have anyone face the same situation as mine before ?

Try calling them and see exactly what has caused them concern.

Welcome to the forums - while in general, calling PP is not recommended...you seem to have no other choice than calling to sort this limitation out

Did someone open a PP case? Do you do business with PayPal separate from eBay?

No, I only send fund from my stealth account to my main acc to withdraw,
the withdraw on my main account state has changed to completed.
However my main account was already permanent limited linking to my stealth.
Some of my friend has told me they also get permanent limited from paypal last weekend.

It seem Paypal had a flag campaign of some sort this time.

It has been mentioned numerous number of times to NEVER send funds between your accounts, because that WILL get you linked. Your friend's accounts were most likely limited for the same reason, if they have ever sent funds to you.

BiN4RY is correct, I would imagine the limitation stemmed from the transfers. NEVER transfer funds between PayPal accounts. YES, they advertise that you can send money to friends through their service, but that does not mean that you can REALLY do it!

I would call them, using the phone number on the PayPal account that got suspended. If you don't have access to that number, use something like the SpoofCard to call them, so they will think the call is coming from that number (you can use SpoofCard or similar services to show any phone number you like on the caller-id) and play dumb. Sound totally innocent, like you have no idea why they did this and you want to fix it.

Normally, calling PayPal is not a great idea, but in this case it is the only way to save the account. And since the account is limited, it is not like you have anything to lose.

ONE QUESTION FIRST: Did you log into your PayPal account through your browser (NOT clicking any links in any emails) and see that the account actually IS limited? I just bring this up because there are a TON of phishing scams, where email looks like it is coming from PayPal, saying there is a problem with your account, but are actually designed to get you to panic and click on the link in the email to see what is going on. But once you have done that, you are taken to a PHAKE PayPal website where they harvest your user name and password so they can access your account.

How many times have you been doing this transferring? A very dangerous idea that is not recommended on the forums...
