Question about ebay selling limit

Sorry, no "search for the forum" answer, please. The very simple question is: Can my 5/500 account get limit increase without selling anything? I mean, I looked at the marketplace there's an ebay account for sale with 1000/25000 limit. Now, how that even possible with a brand new account? or am I missing something here?

In order to get limit increases on your account you will need to sell to the limits (or as close as possible) and you will eventually get a limit increase.

Unless the account was made pre-2008, you have to sell in order to get limits anywhere near 1000/25,000, regardless of whether you call eBay or not.

Keep trying, it is possible to get high limits. As you can see by the thread posted by Speeder33
