I got $500 limit but now they require me to verify my info in order to lift it. The information they asked are Full Name, Address, Date Of Birth, And last 4 of SSN. http://oi60.tinypic.com/2mdgb50.jpg
I can live with $500, so, no thanks. :D |

| wtfebay | 05-14-2015 04:16 PM | Re: I'd love to receive this kind of limitation on all of my PayPal accounts I still cant, and have never been able to, bypass the SSN requirement when creating a business account from the get go. |
| hodgesdavid684 | 05-15-2015 03:43 AM | Re: I'd love to receive this kind of limitation on all of my PayPal accounts Then you need to let it go and move on. Like I said, the cost for the account creation at this stage is $0, so whenever they screw you and wont let you pass that damn SSN page, trash it and create another one. There's nothing to lose. Just make sure the stealth info is a real name with a real address. There's so many legal ways on how to do that.
To all of you asking for my creation method, this is what I do:
1. I Always create a business account. I Choose a different category for every stealth I made, it doesn't matter.
2. I never give a random trial on SS# & birth date, I tried and it turned out not so well, so avoid this, they do check. Refresh your browser or go to www.paypal.com. If they won't let you pass that page (that happen to me too), clearly there's something wrong with the name of the stealth info, so you know what you have to do.
3. Make sure the stealth info is a real person with a real address. They check it from the beginning, trust me.
I come with one speculation:
If the stealth info has never been used to open a paypal account before (either by them self or another stealther), a miracle could happen anytime. So this is not about how I create the account, but this is merely about how lucky I am to find the info. |

| last3379 | 05-15-2015 05:14 PM | Re: I'd love to receive this kind of limitation on all of my PayPal accounts Has anybody had this luck with a Canadian business account? I have not!
If so did you use individual, corporate, sole proprietor?
Thanks. |

So it's like 1:1000000. Russian roulette is pretty stupid thing to do, but this one? It's Mission Impossible. Quote:

They send email now. http://oi60.tinypic.com/2vnjvk1.jpg
Update:
As you can see in the email they sent to me, they said that they "reviewed" the info. Well, I received the email as soon as I finished registering the account. So, How do they review the info in a matter of seconds? Clearly they do a quick check automatically against something like a database or maybe even run a credit report on it. |
Re: I'd love to receive this kind of limitation on all of my PayPal accounts Auto-review - just smokes and mirrors...so easy to do with bots these days. |

Never add SSN. Try yourself and you'll understand why. | Not sure what you mean. You bypassed the SSN portion and you got those limits? |

The best I got is $500. |

The best I got is $500. | This one is individual>Auto Dealer - Used Only. Monthly estimate above 100.000. I choose random business info, but I always set monthly estimate to above 100K. But trust me, that doesn't matter. I tried my best to replicate this account creation method, and all I got is an ordinary paypal account without anything. The only difference is the stealth information.
Its not about the setup, man. Its the info (name+address) that matter. |
| Breakthecycle2 | 05-16-2015 09:15 PM | Re: I'd love to receive this kind of limitation on all of my PayPal accounts It wouldn't let me bypass the SSN# section. I tried everything. I personally just think it's a glitch. All accounts I make, everything is made up, the addresses are real, but not the names and I always used a random SSN#. |
| hodgesdavid684 | 05-17-2015 02:37 AM | Re: I'd love to receive this kind of limitation on all of my PayPal accounts This time, try to use a real name with a real address. I even use stealth's real phone number at sign up, then add my mobile phone later and verify it. If they wont let you pass the SSN section, try again, start from scratch with a "different" stealth information, new PC username, and a new IP address (I hope you're using dynamic IP with your ISP). Do me a favor and create 10 paypal business accounts and let me know if they're all wont pass SSN section. |
| techdawg | 05-17-2015 04:09 AM | Re: I'd love to receive this kind of limitation on all of my PayPal accounts That's a limit I wouldn't mind seeing more often.
Paypal and Ebay are such tricksters, there is no rhyme or reason to limits like this and what brings them about...
Now if only you could discover the secret formulae used for Paypal limiting bots and share the secrets with your best friends.. :) |

Now if only you could discover the secret formulae used for Paypal limiting bots and share the secrets with your best friends.. :) | I'm working on this one. I Created almost 100 stealth accounts. Only 3 of them are like this. I have no clue. The only trick I can share right now is "always use a real stealth info". |
