Suspended in 2010

I have an account suspended in 2010.
I'm planning to use the same name but different address,phone,ip, etc.
Using stealth guide ebook
Were Ebay still keeps the old records? Well, I will only use the same name(my name) but the address and etc are different. Will this be a good idea? Thanks,

Alter the name as well - why keep the same name?

No no - use a stealth name - don't use family or friend's info....
