Am I Missing Something?

Sorry with all the questions today but I want to make sure that I am doing everything right and don't get linked to eBay and Paypal So just bear with me

1) I have created a new user account on Windows 8
2) Installed the VPN software onto that user account
3) With the Dedicated IP details provided by the VPN provided connected to the IP address ( Appears to be working correctly )

Now I can log into the eBay & PayPal stealth account that I have brought from here?? And everything will be fine?? Am I missing something??

I don't have to worry about clearing the cookies, etc because I have created a brand new user account on the laptop??

You don't need to clear any cookies or history. That is ringfenced by the new windows user account.

Using the software from the VPN company, you should of been able to name that IP, use the name on the eBay account for that.

Login to eBay & PayPal, yes.
