Search the forum and you will see it is AVOIDED because so many recycled IP addresses are used with them.
Dont use that company if you want a long lasting account.

I get all my details for VPN from 24vc within a couple hours for dedicated IPs. Well worth the minor wait to get a quality product and stellar customer support.

Believe it or not have quite a few accounts and they last long.
But for sure is better to go for dedicated IP's or some not 1st google page IP provider

24 vc seem to have some good reviews here, can you tell me the difference between 24vc and any other vpn provider that can provide a fresh dedicated IP that has not been recycled ?

That's the difference right there, other VPN providers are not providing truly fresh ips. Most VPN providers probably about 80% or more of them give shared ips which means hundreds of users are using those same ips at the same time. Even when they advertise dedicated ips often times, it doesn't mean your the only one using that ip, but instead multiple people can be assigned that dedicated ip.

And then the remaining 20% of VPN providers that truly give dedicated ips, that your the only one that has it while your plan is active are not fresh ips. Because what they do is lets say for example I sign up for a dedicated ip from one of them use it on ebay and get banned, and cancel it after a month. They dont just never issue that ip again, they simply would give it to you next month when you place your first order. So technically its dedicated cause you are the only one currently using it but its not fresh.

Yes you can let them know the state you prefer when you place the order but its irrelevant as long as your ip is within the same country you can make an account in any state you prefer.

Just a quick question for example my plan is to buy new eBay account from one of the "pro's" get a new VPN with fresh IP address. They have plans on there 12 month is obviously cheapest.

What would happen if the eBay account was suspended (not really my plan but worst case) would they offer a new fresh IP address or is the plan "per IP address" if that makes any sense :D

What you do with that IP or if you get banned/limited is of no fault of a IP provider.

You would have to purchase another plan if you need a new IP.

That's just the question I wanted to ask. I was wondering if something like 24vc was more of a service, where you could ask them to switch out your IP if it gets compromised. I guess it makes sense that you pay for the use of that one IP instead.

Does anyone know if it's possible to go month-to-month somewhere for that reason?

You can actually request a fresh ip change, there is only a one time fee of $15 for the first time so there's no risk of being stuck with the same ip if you order a quarterly, semi-annual or annual plan and get limited, can read more about it here

Ha dont worry yeah its relatively new, the post was made public a few days ago! Helps reduce the risks of getting stuck with a limited ip, especially with how unpredictable ebay/amazon in general can be at times

we have several questions as the following:

1. We need several fresh dedicated IP address for our account. How can we sign up your VPN service with several dedicated fresh IP address? Could we get the discount for multi dedicated fresh IP purchase?

2. Another issue is the address should match with IP address. We are locates at central California and we hope our IP address locates in this area. we need multiple dedicated fresh IP address for our multi account. Each account locates different city in north California. Could you help to provide the IP for different physical address to match IP and physical address?

3. In case, we sign for 1 year package, however, our account is banned ( not our intention but the worst case), could we get the another fresh IP address to continue? ( otherwise, the rest of the unused months will be useless)
