No they dont send it randomly,
Your method is almost the same as most peoples and i myself have never received a message like that on my accounts.

If you not willing to amend or try and let us help you then what is the point of this thread?

We find problems you have, and your response almost every time is ' no my method is right it cannot be that reason'

Ebay bots do what they want, but if want to keep using a FREE number, then this WILL keep happening to you.
And you will repeatedly keep making and ageing accounts for nothing.

There is no such thing as a simple question because of the parties involved, ebay/paypal and the seller.

Variables make responses difficult & no one size fits all scenarios.
