Default Guess who just emailed me!

After all the 'fun' I had trying to activate an Entropay account, and getting precisely nowhere, no response at all from their supposed customer service dept. , suddenly, out of the blue, 180 days apparently after I tried to activate said account, they have emailed me with a link to activate my now dormant account.

They seemed surprised in the tone of the email that I had never gone any further with the account and used the VCC 's available to me through it, regular viewers on here might remember the hassle I had and how I eventually abandoned my attempts to get this account up and running. I mean is it even possible for a company to be more out of touch!

I haven't even tried yet Bunneh, will have to give it a try and see what happens, was so amazed after this length of time they should suddenly remember and acknowledge me, even though they didn't when I was trying to get the VCC's up and running, they sent me one email back then, and after that I never heard another thing from them despite emailing them several times explaining that I could not activate their cards, better late than never I suppose, you coukd say they had a lightbulb moment and remembered I was here
