Guess who just emailed me!
After all the 'fun' I had trying to activate an Entropay account, and getting precisely nowhere, no response at all from their supposed customer service dept. , suddenly, out of the blue, 180 days apparently after I tried to activate said account, they have emailed me with a link to activate my now dormant account.
They seemed surprised in the tone of the email that I had never gone any further with the account and used the VCC 's available to me through it, regular viewers on here might remember the hassle I had and how I eventually abandoned my attempts to get this account up and running. I mean is it even possible for a company to be more out of touch!
