How to deal with this linked account?

My main ebay account was linked with my another ebay account two months ago because i used my phone to log in my main account by clicking ebay message in my email box. I forgot this phone was used to log into my another restricted account. The account which was restricted is because it is below standard of ebay and linked to my another ebay account which is restricted permanently.

Is there any way i can get my main ebay account to work again???? currently, it receive the message like this:

Hello

It looks like your ---- account is associated with another account, ------, which is currently restricted on eBay. As a result, we’ve restricted the ------- account until you can resolve our concerns.

Be sure to sign in with ----. That will make it easier for us to help you out.

There is absolutely nothing you can do....Call it a lose and move on. This is why we tell people not to use Ebay/PayPal Apps!

Welcome to the forums - the whole link is a mess - this garbage linked accounts must be avoided...forget about working with them.

Forget both accounts and move on.
But before you start working on creating new accounts make sure you learn how to do things properly to make sure you do not have future accounts get linked. There are basic steps to be taken that will ensure this does not happen again.
