A good prepaid card to buy on Ebay??? Need Help!

I bought 3 bluebird prepaid master card to just buy stuffs from ebay. I chose it because it's already activated. I used them to registered as buyer on eBay and Paypal with random name and address, I linked them to paypal account and used them to buy, everything seems fine. but I found I will always got some problem for my 14th to 15th purchase. Paypal is asking for verification with my phone number and stop process my order. I am tired of this, so I pay through a credit card directly, but then I found for every charge, paypal charges me an extra $1 as "test charge". This is crazy. Is there any recommended prepaid card(even gift card) for just buying on ebay? advise would be appreciated! Thanks

Any prepaid VCC will do the trick. Entropay is an example of a good VCC.

That extra $1 charge is just a pending charge that is reversed back to the credit card after a few days - as you said it is just a test charge.
