Ebay information on old/new acc

i am thinking about way i can open another ebay and paypal acc in my country
and wanted to know if they could be linked to my older account

i own an ebay and paypal account since 2008, both of them were opened on a brother name, and used solely by me. as of recent 2-3 months when i started selling more seriously i decided to change the name on both ebay and paypal account to mine (afterward realized that i cant change paypal acc name) but
my paypal account always had my personal cc information and my name attached to that cc.
and about a month ago i changed my ebay Registration address to my own name.

the question is if i revert my ebay registration address back to my borthers name, and open a new ebay account (via VPS) using all stealth rules, will they be linked because the older ebay account had the same name for a short period of time?

same question regarding paypal, can they link it if my name was only related to cc in that account?

It is possible based on the old info - do you want to risk problems is the issue

dont want to risk it, just much easier to perform that is why i am asking.

They most likely wont link you based on the name alone if all the other info is different. Plenty of people have the name 'John Smith' so that name will appear a lot in their databases.
BUT - why take a chance? if youre doing things stealth anyway may as well keep everything different.

i thought about using my middle name in the sake of being able to use my ID for the payonner card.
would using my middle name pose the same risk?
