Is there any red flags using the same "Blocked Buyers List" ??

I am sure ebay is on this section as well but no reports of being linked by your blocked bidders list.

All my accounts have a shared blocked list of several hundred that is also shared with at least 100 other sellers in my network.

I agree. Anybody who thinks a $27 pay-wall will keep eBay out is pretty stupid.

No idea. I don't bother with block lists....buyers just create other accounts to bypass them.
