Default Deadbeat buyer leaves me 6 negatives!!!

This is the definition of the problems with ebay!

A buyers wins 6 of my auctions but refuses to pay for them, she wants a shipping discount but it clearly states in the listing that I do not offer them as the shipping is actual cost. So I open the disputes, receive a message from the buyer cussing me out and she even curses at me in the disputes. I report the cursing and ebay does nothing of course, I close the disputes and today i check my ebay account to see 6 new negatives!

Of course I wrote to ebay and they won't do **** about it and now I have a lovely 6 in my "Negative Feedbacks" total.

Is there anything I can do besides getting the member suspended? Does anyone have a good method besides what Aspkin details in the Stealth Book to go about it if it comes down to it?

Thank you for any help!

Just keep writing letters to eBay every 12 hours or live chat to different people, tell them the whole story and request them to remove those negs. Someone who really cares about people will remove them for you eventually.

Writing them multiple letters from my experience stopped working years ago. eBay has some system where once they reject it for feedback, it's logged and they stop reading your emails.

Make a new account and learn from your mistakes. Setup buyer requirements next time. Its a MUST for any seller accounts.

Default ....

Thanks for the replies everyone!

To Orion, the buyer has over 400 feedback! The account it happened on still has a 99.7% feedback rating and it has been a strong stealth account for almost a year, I'm not going to give it up over this BS.

This is where I'm at so far:

The people who respond to the requests for removing feedback will not do anything about it, saying it doesn't meet their guidelines for removal. I spoke with ebay live help and they told me the person somehow had the strikes removed and I should contact Trust and Safety and inform them that the person never paid for the items, which would have been the only way for the strikes to be removed. They also told me that with 6 strikes the user should be suspended. I am still waiting for Trust and Safetys response.

If it comes down to it I will just have the person suspended, they deserve it anyway!
