Default Question regarding Using Virtual Machine and VPN

Hello,

It's been 3 weeks since I first started selling on eBay, I have two Verified and Confirmed Stealth PayPal & eBay accounts, I made 7 Sells so far on one account :D the other one is still Unused!

I used a new Windows User for each account and a Proxy, now I would like have more security against eBay & PayPal Limitations and Suspension by moving to Virtual Machines and VPN's, so I have two questions Please:

1- Regarding Moving a PayPal & eBay Accounts from a Windows user to a Virtual Machine: I would like to know which Folders/Document containing Cookies I should Copy from the actual user to the Virtual Machine. Note: I'm using Windows10.

2- Regarding IP address, I've read that the Best option is to use a VPN or a VPS, I would like to use a VPN. I've got one but when I checked the IP address details, the ISP name is the name of a company providing Dedicated and Virtual Servers Services. So, I'm wondering if this is going to cause a problem while the ISP is available online to anyone having the IP address, so when PayPal or eBay checks my IP details will notice that I'm using an intermediary Server to change my IP. So would this cause a problem?

I'm open to any other Suggestions and advices !

Thank you in advance.

Happy Marry Christmas

Warm regards,
Othmane

Knowing which Browser would definitely help....no clue which one your using.

A VPN is a good route depending on the VPN Provider.

Very confused here. If your using a VPN/VPS provider that has been known to be abused then you might have problems. Services like Hide My @ss and other similar can cause issues. Is your VPN/VPS provider Static IP?

If your want a reliable VPN service I would suggest 24vc.com, they provide Fresh IP's which have never been abused or used by anyone.

Hi again,
Thank you so much MM78 for your reply.

I'm using Firefox browser.

I have configured a vps fron a non popular provider to work as a VPN, so I think chances are low to be used and abused before on eBay or PayPal. What do you think?

Thank you in advance
