Creating Foreign Accounts From USA
 

Alot of poeple have asked what to do about the ss# verification, and the answer is always, there is nothing you can do but provide social. BUT.. I thought you could create a Canadian account from the USA by using long distance & dial-up making it so they can't ask you for a social. Do you need a Canadian bank card to do this? If so how would an American go about getting one of those? Could Anyone with experience on creating multiple foreign accounts from the US, please provide their input? This seems like the best option if there is a good way to do it.

Mike came up with this idea, I haven't tried it myself, but what I get from it is basically all you need is the IP address, phone number, and address and you should be okay. You can get the prepaid card anywhere, and I'm pretty sure you can use any bank account. I'm not 100% sure on that. But email Mike immik3@gmail.com for more details, he lives in Canada. :)

Too much trouble for what its worth...Your CANADAIN PAYPAL WILL be limited just the same as a US PayPal(I belvie canda asks for passport or id).

Im to sure above the legal problems too...
