Downloaded Thunderbird, it offered me email accounts only at Gandi.net, sure my customers would love that

Chrome has a nice extension called "Checker Plus for Gmail"...I have been using it for about 6 months and like it. You load all your gmail logins, then you get desktop notifications when you receive mail, a lot of options too.

Thunderbird works a while but once you have as much accounts as me, you need something more.

I use a bot.

Virtual Assistant.

Spend your time on the things you're best at, and outsource the rest. If you have enough emails to be asking this question, it's likely a VA will save you both time & money.

Re: How do you manage so many different emails?

saw posts years ago on here that opening an email regardless of which email provider or dedicated user screen, could in theory capture the ip and send it back to sender....any tech people think this is viable. I know you must disable images, but is this enough? To be on the safe side I generally only look at emails per user screen and change ip each time....I know I have slipped up though through laziness....

ie. would you recommend changing to different ip for each ebay/paypal account you open emails for.....

Yes, they are good value. I have a UK one, tried the overseas cheaper types and there is no comparison....plus she packs and sends for me too....

One iCloud account can have 4 different email "aliases" - you can load up several iCloud into an iPhone or iPad and so it's super easy to check a ton of email addresses.
Creating an iCloud account is easy with a stealth names as well.
I currently have 5 iCloud accounts for total of 20 email addresses
