Default Withdrawal from PayPal

Hello
I want to make lithuanian PP account and thinking about how to withdraw money from it.
1st way- link to payoneer EU payment service ( Payoneer provide german SEPA bank account)
2nd way- send all money from lithuanian paypal to german paypal, then withdraw.

Which way can be used for long term?
Will paypal suspend account after noticed that same german account every time receive money from same lithuanian?

Hi,

1) payoneer is getting more and more difficult to add to PayPal if not banned already. They do not like it anymore. Needs to be tested on a Lithuanian account

2) bad idea. They will definitively link your accounts and block them.

You need to have a US bank account or a working Lithuanian card to withdraw to. Why not going on vacation for a few days in Lithuania and sort things out? (CC SIM card and so)

Will PayPal apply additional charges to withdraw to card? If compare to bank acc withdrawal
Also, the lithuanian card should be gift debit card, right? Card shouldnt be linked to bank account right?

Withdrawing to card always a good idea if you ask me, you can have unlimited card to withdraw, whereas bank are more of a pain. I think there might be a 2 Euro withdrawal fee for you country though

I used US PP and RU PP for withdrawing funds, but your withdrawal account should be at least 2-3 motnh with good transaction history. If you have any questions , welcome PM!
