Default Competition War?

So I have one niche that I sell in and I had multiple accounts in that niche. A few months ago I had all my listings removed and accounts banned. There were one to two accounts in this niche that did not get banned. My assumption is that these sellers are either one person or two people working together. I believe they reported my listings and got my accounts banned.

Now I'd like to re-enter this niche with a few stealth accounts I have, I see that the niche has been a bit saturated since that time, which could still be the same 1 or 2 people with multiple accounts.

Lately I've been considering making a few buying only Ebay accounts and reporting all their listings and basically pressing the reset button on the niche. I kind of feel like a dick doing that but it was done to me. Has anyone ever done something like this and or have experience with this? Im just looking for advice, feel free to PM me if thats better.

1. Do you know who these so called competitors who you think bumped you out?
2. Do you feel that putting in work to bump these so called competitors out is worth the time and effort?

Its a possibility, I prefer to make friends not enemies. But that is not to say I have not warned a few people in the past who have pulled some shenanigans.

They are probably just a couple of approved vendors... They have legit accounts with whomever they buy the product.

There are some high risk areas I sell, however I usually open a b2b account with that company and contact the vero department and let them know I am a new seller. I provide my account information and my salespersons name, phone and extension. They don't remove my listings. Are you sure they may not be in the same situation?

Being a dick never ends well.

Recommend a different tactic.

Some high volume sellers it used to be $200k a year in eBay sales use to have account managers. This was years ago but one of my associates had strings to through his account manager to have someone look at their items and have them booted if they were selling foo foo items. Had zero to do with Vero, it was another user with connections having them taken down.

You can play cat and mouse, or you can be a lion, go find a new territory, dominate it, your hard work and effort translates into success and profits, rather than petty playground fights.
