Why is my competition such a holes?

Ok so there only about 3 or 4 of us that sell this one item. Never had a problem with them until now. Got hit with the MC999. Its great how i got this when my items are 10000000% authentic. In the message it says that i have been reported by MULTIPLE members for " SUSPICION" that my items might not be authentic. But there are no strikes or anything towards my account.

Its great how eba*y removes your listings and tells you not to relist them or you will face consequences JUST because other members reported you. It really pisses me off how they ONLY SUSPECT they are not real but have no proof nor ASK for it........

Is it even worth calling eb*y to get this straightened out? Anyone else been in this situation that can give some quality advice?

You can call and ebay will tell you good or bad, but if your accounts get reported multiple times by sellers/buyers then your history. You and I both know ebay are really bit^^^.

If it was me, I would call them and ask how you can prove to them that your items are 100% authentic.

If they tell you how, then do it.
If they don't, just list the item on another account.
If you get another MC999, eRape your competitions listings.

You are lucky that you don't have strikes against your accounts. My competitors were super holes, I had so many listings taken down and they are counted as strikes. My stuffs have COAs.
I called EB when I finally got the msg that if I received 1 more strike, suspension. But what i got was, "There were reports on your listings, hence, we have to take action for the buyers' protection and to uphold EB's reputation."
This was first week of Jan.
It could be I'm just unlucky.

Come on now GTB, two wrongs don't make a right lol. I guess you could but it would turn into a cycle were it just carries even you if come back on another account, i have tried it everyone ends up losing you'd be forced to sell something else instead.

Both your competion are too blame aswell as ebay for not giving anyone a chance to actually prove whether something is authentic.

Defo try to call ebay and explain your products are authentic and you suspect its competition trying to drag you down, you get some nice ones who pick up the phone sometimes worth a try!!

Please believe that i will fight fire with fire. I am bringing a flamethrower to this fight....... The reason i know it was them was because like i said it is only about 3-4 of us selling this item. And it BLUNTLY said in the message " Your listing was brought to our attention by multiple members of the community who reported it for suspicion of authenticity". This is not a v3ro item. So i don't have to worry about them. The account is 100fb + 100% positive. 50 of these transactions are from the buyers who are absolutely 100% satisfied with this item. Some of the comments are even "100% authentic great seller" ect. Im 100% sure regular buyers would not report me for selling an authentic item. I NEVER had a dispute or ANY return on this item. It HAS to be my competition doing this. There is no other explanation for this.

It all boils down to ebays stupid system really and truly, if they had a more efficient system when reports come in and the seller perhaps having to prove his/her items were authentic, we wouldn't be fighting like this, unfortunately i doubt this will happen, hungry money monsters! no care for sellers.

Perhaps we'll come up with a better solution ourselves one day, we need an inside man working with ebay!! lool hmmm given me an idea now actually...

Read my post above..... and to add to it. This item sells faster and has the best profit margin that i have ever had. It is only a couple of us selling this item. I used one day auctions on this item and it was way too long for it. I wish there were like 3 hour auctions for it. That's how good and fast this item sells. Even if us 4 listed 50 of this item a day as 1 day auctions we would have MORE than enough bidders and buyers to buy our items. It would not change a thing. We are not even considered " competition" towards each other. Because no matter how much or how fast the other one sells this item it would not effect his sales. This is how GREEDY these sellers are.

See that is the thing. The 2 or 3 sellers are completely fine. And they list this item at different times. Its like they are working together with each other or its just one person with multiple accounts.

If its anyone on this forum STOP BEING A GREEDY and leave me alone..... let me make some money too.... and if its anyone on this forum i am coming after you! Just giving u a heads up.

though if someone did report you and it's only 3/4 sellers who sell it they most prob reported the others too, there mabye only one left selling it soon, which will prob be the culprit.

Just a thought... if you wait it out abit
