Hmm never tried it to verify a BA. Ive only done it for withdrawals, which I did this technique again today and it worked perfectly. | I would assume there are more security measures with regards to adding a BA, as any hacker would aim to add a bank and withdraw all the funds. |

Recently the message "we dont recognize this device" from PayPal has been seen more and more. To resolve this issue you supposedly need to have a text message sent to your phone but then you will get an error saying that PP can not send the code. Its all BS and here is how you work around it. I have done this with 100% success. After using this method my account never gets that message again. The workaround is simple and it is to download and make the transfer using the PP mobile app. Most of us can not use our phones to do so (and I would never recommend this since the app collects a ton of info off of your phone). So here are the steps to get around that.
Download an android (or apple) phone emulator
(here is some info on what exactly an emulator is and does How to Run Android on Your PC: The Best Android Emulators)
I prefer Bluestack myself ( Bluestacks - The World's Largest Mobile Gaming Platform on PC) there are a ton of emulators out there so choose one you like and install it on your computer
This software will act like a mobile phone. You will be able to access the app store or Google play and then download the PP app.
Once the PP app is downloaded launch it, login and make a transfer or withdrawal as you normally would. It is that easy.
If I need to do this for more than one account I will make a separate Windows user login and download a different emulator and go through the same process again.
I also use a VPN service when I launch the PP app just in case, so my IP is clean and I dont have to worry about that.
If you have any questions or I wasnt clear on something let me know.
Hope this helps some of you! | That's genius!
As I was reading this I saw where you were going... love it! |

Did you now how to get this message ? What triggers that message ?
Because, when you get this error, you won't get sending money error. |

| dan_ebay | 05-29-2016 09:16 PM | Re: We dont recognize this device *SOLUTION* worked for me, cheers boss I owe you one.
Wouldn't recommend downloading/setting up that bluestacks on 3g though, done 2 joints and hit my forehead atleast 50 times in the time it took |
| XTC4ME | 05-30-2016 01:02 PM | Re: We dont recognize this device *SOLUTION* Finally got Bluestacks to work. When I download the PayPal app I need to give it access to a whole bunch of stuff. None of it matters except Wi-Fi connection information worries me. It says that it allows the app to see info on your wifi networking and connected devices. Will that stop at my VPN or will my actual wifi be revealed? Since nobody else brought this up I'm guessing it's not a big deal but I want to double check before I accept the terms. |
Re: We dont recognize this device *SOLUTION* I downloaded bluestacks a while ago, but the program was huge and it didn't work.
What I do is just fire up my old trusty Desire HD phone, then install the APP and after i'm done, wipe the phone clean and repeat |

For me, the easiest solution is to use rooted android device with Xprivacy (Xposed Installator). You can customize all the info that PP app can get! Works perfectly! |

Like the sound of XPrivacy though, will check it out |

| glacier922 | 07-19-2016 02:26 AM | Re: We dont recognize this device *SOLUTION* Does this solution make the verify phone number that paypal is asking me? I transferred like 3 bucks to one account and that was ok. I could do this many times no problem if I have to. But will the android emulator make this phone verification thing go away?
