Ok, so you fiddle with your accounts within the android emulator, transferring money, buy stuff etc. then all of a sudden you can do things in your regular browser? Thx.

In the emulator I just use the PayPal app. Make a couple of transactions over a couple of days. Wait a couple more days, and then I am able to send and receive normally on PP .com

Man I love u if this works!i have been getting this issue lately when trying to transfer money from paypal to bank account about verifying phone.

I prefer Bluestack myself (Bluestacks - The World's Largest Mobile Gaming Platform on PC) there are a ton of emulators out there so choose one you like and install it on your computer

This software will act like a mobile phone. You will be able to access the app store or Google play and then download the PP app.

Once the PP app is downloaded launch it, login and make a transfer or withdrawal as you normally would. It is that easy.

If I need to do this for more than one account I will make a separate Windows user login and download a different emulator and go through the same process again.

I also use a VPN service when I launch the PP app just in case, so my IP is clean and I dont have to worry about that.

This. We want to avoid using our "burned" phones to create or manage PP accounts, considering that not even TRACFONE is now "This type of number not able to be used" on PayPal...I have to believe this is probably useless now.

Any hope?!?! Only one successful withdrawal, now asking for phone verification.

This is a SSN verified PP account.

Any help would be appreciated!
