I can certainly confirm that payoneer even can check our own bank account name by any IBAN number for their payoneer to bank withdrawal service. I know this because tried 8 accounts last week with real names my enviroment, 2 of them were mismatched names with IBAN entered, payoneer sent e mail about that.. So this company probably checks ID's if they check bank even.

They said your bank name is different? I seriously doubt it. I am withdrawing to my real bank wih no problems.

Things are changing all the time, and when someone doesn't know about the latest updates and changes regarding a service, he may be giving false and inaccurate information and accuse who is providing updated and true info with giving "sweeping statements" LoL

They are asking your real IBAN number matches under your name on registration anymore, its for withdraw funds from payoneer account even you dont want to use bank withdraw service you have enter.. On my accounts with different IBAN holder name surname has been rejected by payoneer.. Probably they are sending small amounts just like paypal do and looking if transfer succesfull or returned.. If not this way, only way left they have black hat background lol, because any bank won't share personal data as name surname etc.. It not legal
