Extremely Confused

i just got one of my paypal accounts limited with no clue why, ip address have been separate, ive followed all stealth rules etc.

is it possible my competition screwed me over?

So there's no way They call PayPal and have this happen? I'm kinda freaking out because my other had 6000 in it and I can only take a little bit out at a time

Based on the requirements of that limitation it has almost certainly been caused by your activities and not as a result of a third party phoning in.

What did paypal say when you called them?

Ofttimes they have ONE very specific question or concern. Such as missing tracking numbers or a item being sold for too little value.

I have an example. A year or more ago I was selling off Banners/posters from a bike shop. So TREK TOPFUEL VINYL ADVERTISEMENT BANNER looked like I sold a $4000 used Carbon Mountain Bike for $60.00 It caused a limitation. I called in, they asked for ONE tracking number, they asked where I got my items, how I was shipping and eventually got around to the problem. The dude literally laughed when he looked at the ebay listing. In the end all I had to do was upload a drivers license, call immediately when I did and all was well.
