Vero Counter Claim Form for Ebay

1 Attachment(s)
I thought I would post this in discussion Forum as well here is a Vero Counter Claim for use to fight a VERO. Make sure to put your county and state of where you want the claim adjudicated. This way the VERO owner has to travel to you or hire an attorney in your jurisdiction. Extra cost for the VERO owner may help you win by default.http://www.aspkin.com/forums/attachm...1&d=1236893409

This is only good if you can prove your items are not VERO. Sometimes a VERO owner, or a competitor may flag you to reduce the competition. If you can in fact prove it's not VERO this is the way to go. If you are in fact selling VERO then you don't want to go this route. No matter what name you use.

it depends on the item, Been there, one particular vero item got me in to trouble, my company I work for organised high-end events and had access to vero goods that once used after photo-shoots etc were sold or given to employess, perk of the job. There are more issues at stake than just faux goods, there are vero owners and ebay employees that Im sure are jealous or in competition. ebay still didnt reinstate me. Got it in writing from vero owner that goods were real and undertook not to sell anymore, which I thought was unfair, as I had a legitimate source, but thought it was only way to get account back . ebay still wouldnt reinstate me after i provided all emails and vero owner emailed them too and copied me in. I then tried to sell other goods on other ebay accounts and was suspended from all of them as I was not aware of linking issues, and lost all of my accounts for a year. I then joined this forum and now I sometimes sell that same item, so ebay can stick it up their ...
My conclusion, take the vero hit, dont get involved with them, rotate your accounts, I wouldnt waste my time on court cases, dont play their game.

Did the VERO owner state in writing in their response to you, not to sell anymore of did you decide that on your own. Which might be why EBAY didn't honor your statement.

I said i wouldnt sell it they said fine, it all went off to ebay, and they blanked me. I cannot say, but have a feeling vero owner behind the scenes said cut this ebayer off, we cant say they are selling faux stuff but we dont want it sold on ebay, thats what I think and thats what i mean by other issues at play here.

Yes, that is understandable.
