it depends on the item, Been there, one particular vero item got me in to trouble, my company I work for organised high-end events and had access to vero goods that once used after photo-shoots etc were sold or given to employess, perk of the job. There are more issues at stake than just faux goods, there are vero owners and ebay employees that Im sure are jealous or in competition. ebay still didnt reinstate me. Got it in writing from vero owner that goods were real and undertook not to sell anymore, which I thought was unfair, as I had a legitimate source, but thought it was only way to get account back . ebay still wouldnt reinstate me after i provided all emails and vero owner emailed them too and copied me in. I then tried to sell other goods on other ebay accounts and was suspended from all of them as I was not aware of linking issues, and lost all of my accounts for a year. I then joined this forum and now I sometimes sell that same item, so ebay can stick it up their ...
My conclusion, take the vero hit, dont get involved with them, rotate your accounts, I wouldnt waste my time on court cases, dont play their game.
