ebay suspsension reinstatements

Seems that ebay is not reinstating accounts as easy as they used to.
Lately they are not reinstating after sending in documents.

Has anyone else had this issue?

These suspensions are for abusing only.

i've faxed the documents they requested a week ago, and still no reply, what is the usual time to get reinstated? do they email you back if you're not reinstated? I had MC152

Im not faxing to the number provided in this forum, is there a newer updated number that i should maybe use? Thank you (this is my first time trying to get the reinstatement)

they have been slow lately...i think some T & S folks got laid off. but they will get back to you..it may take 10 days or so.

There are two numbers to fax your docs into.
One is for suspensions like linked to suspended user that only requires one piece of proof. number ending in 7340

Then there's the other number that is used for abusing ebay only, it requires the most proof of identity. number ending in 1798

If you fax to the wrong fax number it just takes longer to fwd to the correct dept. Then you will get a reply.

Just to follow up on my original post. I am getting responses to my docs being sent in.
Its just always NO your account will remain closed even though you sent in docs.
Very strange as they usual reinstate no problem. This has happened to me 4 times in a row.

i have been reinstated at least 5 times in the past 2 months via fax. last week was my last reinstatement. i was denied once because I had 3 negs before I reached 10.

Were your reinstatements from abusing ebay or another type of suspension?

fastest way is to call them....i fax them my stuff and weeks went by, but no contact...so i called them one evening and they said they didn't get the docs...they told me to answer some general questions only i would know....thye then reinstated me
