PayPal suspended and I need help with documents...
Hello, very recently my eBay/Paypal account was suspended and I have been asked to provide the following documents...
Upload a photo ID
Provide your business information
Provide proof of fulfilment
Provide purchases receipt from your supplier |

I'll be honest with you, even if you provide these to them, chances are they won't reinstate you. They typically use these to build a case against you instead of to help.
So that they can just get rid of you.
My recommendation is to read the ebay stealth and create multiple accounts right now so you can start selling again while you work on trying to get this one back |

Correct. If the ask you just proof of ID + BILLING then you are good. you give them and they reinstate it. I have passed that verification 99% of times with success.
If they also ask more stuck regarding the delivery of an order, then the chances are against you. I have never managed to skip a permanent ban on such situations.
You have to look what triggers this shipment verification and avoid it next time. Example: new account selling branded items, or electronic items or high value items... |

I am having the same issue with an account, and obviously it is stealth. Is there a service you can recommend to supply an ID with the stealth details?
I need to try to get this lifted, and need to figure out what to do with this account that is limited- I would like to at least try to supply the ID, but also don't want to get into more trouble. If anyone has advice please keep me posted. : ) |

I have had to fax these documents many times. I use Microsoft Paint and even I am amazed and how legit my documents and ID look when done. |

Nearly everyone has "Paint" on their computer. Start by scanning a copy of your own ID and go from there. |

I gotta say that eBay are no experts when it comes to forensic research of documents.
I am good with Photoshop, but I am not at guru level. But I can still beat eBay every time. Just another example of "pay peanuts, get monkeys". IMHO, nobody that works at eBay is a real pro at determining the validity of documents. |

| I uploaded the ID and created an invoice from auction house. After doing so PP requested more docs i.e., shipping or proof of delivery and proof of ssn. I took a screen shot of the usps delivery confirmation and will upload a paystub shortly hereafter. I don't know if this will work. Is it possible they will reinstate my PP account or will they put it on a permanent suspension? Im selling brand named sheets over $500 |

| My experience is the same. For UK accounts, any time they've asked for ID verification after the 2500 EUR point, I've given them docs and it's been fine.
Any time they've asked for ID documents and for explanations on what you're doing and why, they've immediately closed the account without explanation afterward, and in a couple instances also closed any linked accounts that had sent money to/from the burned account as well.
Generally PayPal like to collect information -- even if you call them to talk about your account they will ask you as many questions as they can (what are you doing, who are you sending money, why did you send money here, etc.) and then at the end tell you sorry we can't give you any information. |

Hello,
I have a limited PayPal account and money been released after 180 days However all existing bank account no longer active and would like to add a new bank account however PayPal does not allow me to do so. It asked me to send the driving licence and passport and current proof of address which I did. PayPal said they can not verify the details , although the details matched with the account perfectly and PayPal want me to send another current proof of address and another picture of proof of ID.
I need to send another proof of ID picture on different surfaces or scan copy so that PayPal convinces to allow me to add a new bank account.
Can someone help me here to edit the previous picture and take a new picture on different surfaces with keeping the previous information.
