Default Ebay wants a biz plan from me to reinstate me.help

This is what they said- please help me do this- what do you all think
Dear x,

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to your suspended account.

I tried calling you this afternoon to discuss your eBay account with
you. I left a voicemail on your primary number:

I can see that your account has experienced significant disputes over
the last year. Specifically, I see that major disputes ocured in
February 2009 and again in May 2009. I reviewed even further & found
that you experienced significant problems earlier in June 2008. Audra,
the habitual nature of these complaints iis not acceptable on eBay and
presents unacceptable risk to eBay, PayPal, and the eBay community.
Buyers who leave negative feedback are more prone to stop using the site
completley - This is a real concern that we have, given the number of
customers that had a negative experience with you. These negative
experiences reflect with the eBay brand & present risk.

Gven the numerous warnings you received & the problematic nature that
your behavior presents, we are not convinced that if we reinstate your
account, you will be able to avoid unacceptable complaint levels in the
future. If you can come up with some sort of business-plan explaining
what problems you experienced & how you will avoid complaints in the
future, we can certainly look into reviewing that information & making a
decision based on that information.

In the meantime, however, we have decided to keep your account suspended
because of the nature of the risk that the ongoing disputes present to
eBay Inc. In order for us to even consider your appeal, we need a
business plan that outlines how you will avoid disputes like this in the
future.

Please respond to this email with a detailed explanation of how you plan
to avoid these problems in the future.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Tommy

Time to write your business plan.

And hopefully you can make it professional enough and convince them to reinstate your account.. good luck!

I have a feeling i know the items your selling.

I have this same issue with my account and my rep was going to work with me. I need to come with a plan too.

Do you have a rep? Certain products categories have Reps on ebay.

^^^^^
Probably not for free, but I can think of one forum member who is tailor made for something like this if he has the time.

You will have to pony-up some beer money though.

Preparing a business plan will not necessarily mean the account will be reinstated. You have to think of that. How worthwhile is the account or should you move on?

I had a ebay T&S rep tell me last week to print out 1 of the 15 items I sold before being suspended for mc169 clause 9 and stick it next to my face and take a photo on top of sending all this other stuff in to reinstate. To show my face next to the user id name basically is what he said.

All this on a 3 mo old usa ebay account that sold 15 items that were between $25-$70 non-vero or high risk and non large name brand items. I also had the account ssn verified with pp and everything was legit. The account was flagged I believe cause I opened up 2 other additional ebay accounts with same address and info on the last month of originally signing up on ebay.

They are smoking something new over there at ebay.....I mean they really ask for a bunch of crazy stuff even when they are non-vero. I can understand where they are coming from sometimes honestly....but to take a picture of me and a print out so they can keep it on file it just insane ON TOP OF A COPY OF A DL!!! WTF?

@ ONE,

I personally think they merely want it so to try to further ban you. That's what eBay and PayPal do most of the time, demand docs so they can use it to further ban you.

I agree, sounds like their method for a "justifiable means to an end"

Just get some cheap business plan software, it will give templates and ideas to help, you can find them online or at office depot, I think for about $10.

Just "Google" business plan. Just like GreenBean stated, I would move on. However, learn from your mistakes.

To avoid this, I have been offering 100% money back guarantees. Since I started this, I have had no issues.

I would rather accept a few returns, than have disputes filed....

I get the feeling that they're just toying around with you for fun, even though they've secretly made the decision already to ban you no matter what. They probably enjoy testing out how much crap people are willing to put up with. Go ahead and try it though.. I may be wrong.
