Are you listing on ebay.com? Is it paypal.com that wants the documents and do you use VPN to access your US accounts?

Yes as I write previous pots I do resell. I don't use Paypal. I use Moneybookers and i verified it. Documents was asked y eBay and I sent my real documents after posting and getting answers here. So eBay has my real ID copy and Bank statement. But they asked me for:
To continue with your appeal, we still need copies of invoices or any other
documents, such as a sales receipt, showing purchase or possession of
the items listed for sale before your account was suspended. If this
type of documentation isn't available, you can submit your photograph
with the items.

And I can not send any one of them. So I asked if modify and send some another invoice (with company name, address, phone numbers on it) will they call and very it or just look at it and say O.K? I want get verified my account, but i don't want make mistake during proses.

Let me understand this. To be clear:

You have the ebay account in your real name. You have sent your real documents before. But you cannot send your real documents now. You can not send them invoices. You can not send them receipts. You can not send a photograph which contains YOU and the MERCHANDISE.

Do I understand these facts correctly?

Yes I have real account to my name on eBay. Our store located in China. So I ship item directly to buyer from China without touching them. Ebay suspended my account and asked for documents and I have sent recently. After they said that the documents are O.K but need some more documents which I described above. But because I don't see items I can not provide that document. So I have old invoices which I can modify by photo shop.But if I clear phone numbers from invoice they can find it by web search and call them for verification. Then suppler will say it been modified also can blame for modification of stamped document. For this case I wanted to ask is it good idea to do it or?

Based on the invoice issues: I suggest you not edit the invoices. Ask your supplier to provide you with the previous invoices via email attachment. Then you can provide the actual invoices to Paypal.

I suggest in the future that you discontinue drop-shipping. Paypal is uncomfortable with drop-shipped goods. Too many things can go wrong, and they don't want the risk against buyer protection or seller protection.

Just order a quantity of units sent to you, save the packing slip and/or invoice. When your buyers pay, ship your item from your own inventory. Thus, you will have invoices if Paypal asks again in the future.
