'*' Question on Paying Reimbursement Fees... Thanks

I need to pay for my reimbursement fees to eBays, however, after selecting Paypal as my payment method, Paypal tells me to update my credit card information, since the current one has expired.

My question is, will a new paypal VCC be safe and usable? given that I have enough money in my Paypal now to cover the reimbursement fee I owe to eBay.

I need to know whether I should be using a new vcc paypal or a preloaded card for this.

Please do advise when convenient for you guys, thank you.

To add to my previous post,

If I need to pay $100 in reimbursement fees, and I have $150 in my Paypal,
will attaching a new Paypal VCC be fine when updating my credit card information
on paypal?

I'm just unsure about whether ebay will try deduct from the new VCC placement,
or will deduct from the money already sitting in the paypal account.
