Suspended for non-payment of eBay fees
 

Hi,

I've been suspended for non-payment of eBay fees two weeks ago because of my bank, I paid the balance immediately with paypal.

How long should it takes to be reinstated?

They automatically reinstate you whether you like it or not

I called them and they said non payment was only one cause of the suspension, but they were unable to explain further.

They told me to respond to the suspension email I received by asking why did it happened and how to be reinstated.

I already replied to this email as soon as I received it nearly three weeks ago, but I attached my ID to it, so maybe the email was blocked.

Or maybe it was like nearly all their other emails that say "do not reply to this email"

It's written in the email "You can contact us by directly replying to this email" and "We are waiting for an action from you".

I already phoned them with no success, do you think I can try to contact them by chat?

I had a love hate relationship with them and after paying requested to NOT be re-insteated, ever. Of course they reinstated me, telling me it is automatic upon receiving payment but there were no other issues involved.

They emailed me back today saying that they can't answer my questions before making more researches.

They said they transfered my message to the concerned service, and that I will receive a communication from their trust and security (sic) department as soon as the investigations will be finished.

Just a procedure thing. In most cases you will be reinstated if there is no problems with the account other then this.
